  Ono's is a sleek modern sushi place that is located in the Highstreet strip mall, you wouldn't even really realize you are walking into a sushi restaurant if it wasn't for the sushi bar.
  The food was decent; the deep fried gyzoa was nothing to spectacular however their firecracker roll was pretty amazing.
  Comparing to sushi places in Richmond or Vancouver their sushi is not like super amazing and as for the prices they are quite pricey. A California roll cost $4.50 at Togo Sushi it is $3.50, a spicy tuna roll is $6.50 at Togo Sushi it is $3.50. Prices here are pretty much double the price of anywhere else and the only thing that is outstanding here is their special roll.  However for a little sushi place out of the middle of nowhere it is a good place to satisfy a craving, but this would not be my go to place for sushi due to their pricing.

  I thought I would ignore all the reviews and give this place a shot. The portion size was tiny and the tuna sashimi tasted fishy / old. I spent 22$ on combo B and went across the street and got some actual good food.

  Service here is quick and efficient. Presentation was nice. I only ordered a few items. Negi toro maki and spicy salmon roll.. both were okay! I've had better, I've had worse... Most avg sushi eaters would enjoy this place.

  Ho hum for Ono's, this place used to be so much better. The menu is a mile long and really has too many options. I took a chance on the ramen and really didn't think it was all that great. The broth is really salty, the noodles are just okay, and there were only like 4 or 5 pieces of meat, I was just expecting a lot more. Used to be a big fan of Ono's about 3 years ago but it's changed, and not really for the better. Prices are a little on the high side, probably to cover a ridiculous lease at Highstreet.

  Overpriced not good at all!!! Every time i call here they slip a couple extra things on my order and charge me an arm and a leg for it. Then when i tell them i didn't order that they muscle you into paying for it and saying its your fault. Like fine its not that big of a deal i just wont come back muscle me all you want. I got 7 dinner boxes take out for the office one night and they added 4 old cali rolls. Charged 6.50 each. 6 people at the office got sick. Not like oh my stomach hurts sick like violently projectile vomiting at the office, on the desks and computers everywhere it was a mess. Johanne puked onto her keyboard. Everyone that got sick said it lasted all night. 4-5 times in total. Very dizzy. Dan Clarence in accounting almost died. He said "I cut all foods from the Orient right out of his god forsaken diet".  Which sounds racist but hes actually 1/4 Chinese or whatever...His words not mine. It was bad sushi. Ok like real bad. The beef teriyaki was dry and all the pieces of beef are super chewy and fatty. (See attached photo) When i opened the bento box the beef stunk so bad i cant believe beef could ever in my wildest dreams smell like that. My office still stinks like it. I bought a gallon of Benjamin Moore Pale Oak oc-20 eggshell from rona to repaint hopefully that does the trick. F***ing Dipsh*tz
